The hotel was always kept clean. The reception ladies were so welcoming and knowledgeable. The best cafe in Nelson Bay with room service which arrived so quickly and the food is delicious. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, look no further! - Georgia Eccles
Excellent position and ample parking. My room was spotlessly clean and well stocked with lovely toiletries, teas, coffee, etc. Wonderful staff. A great place to stay - handy to Nelson Bay Marina and shops. Will definitely stay here again. - Alex Galan
Loved this hotel. Headline was the service both during our stay and after. Left my laptop behind. Debbie Saunders on reception did a great job packing it up and couriering it to us in Port Macquarie. 6 star effort. - Marvin Weinman
Everything about it was great. From the friendly check in to the clean renovated rooms. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our small family. Walking distance to the marina and The Little Nel cafe served some of the best breakfasts I have had. We will definitely be back. - Joanne Bradley
